Icy or Fiery?
For scythe I know one is fire and one is ice DMG but which is one is better? I saw that ebon was significantly more expensive but I dunno why. And also how much would fiery or icy mod be?

Icy is better in general pvp, because most ppl wear slashing or fire shields. If ur running hexway in HA and ur necors possibly got Toxic CHill or Deathly Swarm u shouldn't use cold dmg.

Well different weapon damage works with different skills.
Examples: ebon: ebon dust aura in combination with earth dmg inflicts blind. icy: spinal shivers in combination with cold dmg interrupts. fiery: mark of rodgort in combination with fire dmg burns. shocking: iron mist in combination with lightning dmg is only way to still deal dmg. conjure spells: conjure an element to deal extra damage. These are just general examples. But yeah, many people use armor against fire dmg. |

fire and ice damage are equally as effective (though fire is more effective against enemies with less defense against ice and vice versa) the earth damage is more expensive because of dervish skills like ebon dust aura and dust cloak utilising earth damage to cause mass blindness. although i'd say fire damage is better with a scythe, as you can use it with mark of rodgort for mass burninating >D!

Or just get an ebon/shocking mod. Those work just as well.
You can find them in Kamadan for 500g-1k if you wait. I generally offer 3k ea since I am pretty impatient when it comes to buying low-end items. |

Is it just me or is Kamadan becoming extremely unpopulated? Maybe I'm in the wrong district of something (I'm in International Active) but there seems to be only a few players there.

International district(s) are the worst places you could go to look for items to buy. Go to Kamadan AMERICAN District 1. |
